2. Data and purposes
We process name, email, language, protected credentials, preferences, and request content to create and protect the account, verify email, provide support, keep the requested history, and prevent abuse. We do not request trading credentials, account data, or production strategies.
Only if you select the optional checkbox will we process your email to send ALTRENG technical updates and communications.
3. Legal basis
The account and support are managed to take pre-contractual steps or perform the requested relationship. Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. The newsletter is based solely on your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting support.
4. Retention
Verification links expire after 24 hours. Unverified accounts and associated technical records are periodically purged. Accounts and requests are retained while needed for support and for applicable legal periods. Newsletter preferences are retained until withdrawal, with the minimum evidence needed to prove the change.
5. Recipients and hosting
Data is hosted on infrastructure contracted from IONOS, acting as a technology provider. It is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required or to necessary providers subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability, and withdraw newsletter consent, by writing to info@altreng.com. If you believe the processing is improper, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Security
We apply access control, password hashing, secure sessions, CSRF protection, attempt limiting, and event traceability. No system is infallible: use a unique password and do not send trading secrets or credentials through the portal.
